Teodoro (Ted) Ulibarri is retired from dedicating 20 years serving the Northern Communities as a Lieutenant for the New Mexico State Police. Ted is a certified, Law Enforcement Instructor, First Line Supervisor and an Accident Reconstructionist. He is qualified in Criminal Justice Management and Supervision. He attended UNM studying Civil Engineering and received diplomas in Electrical and Architectural Design from TVI in Albuquerque. Born and raised in Tierra Amarilla, Ted is devoted to his wife and three children. Ted is a fly fishing and hunting guide and his knowledge of our area is all-inclusive. He is a rancher and an authority in livestock management and hunting. Ted’s area of expertise in Real Estate is ranches and large land acquisitions. Paul Edwards has been investing in New Mexico properties for over 30 years and has joined the Iron Horse Force to assist you in your “vision of the future”. During his tenure in the Army as, Chief Warrant Officer, he worked on the Strategic Defense Initiatives (SDI), or better known as the “Star Wars” program. He and his wife, Leslie, are the owners of Rio Arriba Valley Internet (RAVIN), providing this much needed internet service to the area for 8 years. He serves the community as a charter member of the Chama Valley Rotary Club and as a counselor for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards at Manzano Mountain Retreat in Torreon/Manzano, NM. | Candace Piuma, wife to Joe Piuma, is in her senior year, at College of Santa Fe, earning a Bachelor Degree in Art with a focus on painting. Candace served the community as a board member of the Chama Valley Humane Society for 4 years. She is currently a member of the Rio Arriba Sheriff Posse, Company A. The posse is an equestrian unit that is responsible for search and rescue, offers security services to the community and participates in parades. Her favorite diversion is riding her horses in the many available areas nearby. Candace’s area of specialty in Real Estate is marketing your property by creating color brochures and advertisements. She is qualified in all types of properties, although her area of interest is locating the perfect horse property for you.
